Turnkey project for the Construction of a multi storey office building comprising of one underground basement floor for car parking and 6 storeys above ground, constructed on a site area of 4800 sq.m. Total built up area 14,650 sq.m. Contract includes all civil, dewatering, structural, finishing, electro-mechanical works. All external facades are clad with combination of precast concrete panels and structural glazing.

Turnkey project for the construction of a prestigious complex comprising of two complete underground car parking & 2 identical 6 story mirror image towers, total built up area is 21400 sq.m. Site area is 4840 sq.m. Work includes all civil, finishing & electro-mechanical works. Total faced area is cladded with GRC shade elements designed, constructed and fixed in a very challenging way as a joint venture, in which the company utilized a group of engineers having lengthy experience in such structures.

(Super Branch) built on a site area of 3375 m². The building has a total built up area of 13000 m² comprising 2 basements and 4 upper floors. The project also has a car park of 772m². The bank has all modern facilities. The internal wooden cladding has been fabricated in our workshop.
