Turnkey project for the construction of 164 buildings, scattered in 3 sites, comprising office, workshops and other Military facilties and supporting Services.
All the above projects are constructed under the supervision of U.S. Army Program Manager, SANG and comprising all required facilities and infrastructure for Military, such as Mosque, warehouses, clinics, jails, maintenance facility, battalion head quarter, officers club, ration & mess facility, community center, recreation building, courts, etc. The site scattered in a huge area of different level.
Due consideration has been given on quality and safety measures. High quality control and safety measures has been adopted through our well established manual in both areas and our qualified team of engineers, inspectors and safety officers, in various discipline of work.
Our Quality Control Team extensively using the Manual & different types of forms approved by Saudi Aramco and US Army Program Manager, which ensures rigid quality control and 100% implementation of project specification and engineering standards.
Our well experienced Safety Officers ensures due implementation of manuals, which led our company to achieve the goal of no man power lost, even after completion of big volume of projects. This has been possible due to timely hazard identification by our Safety Officer and well education in this direction to other co-staff.
The Singapore Chancery Building and Ambassador's Residence, Riyadh
Turnkey project for the construction of a high finish most modern Two (2) stories Embassy Building of built up area 1650mē and Two storey Ambassador's Residence of built up area 620 mē on a site area of 6409mē. The project has also ancillary buildings and car parking covered with concrete trellis. The gross floor area is 2508mē. The project scope includes Swimming Pool, Landcaping and hardscaping. The complete wooden work has been done by us fabricated in our carpentry workshop.
