Private Medical Center, Sulaimaniyah, Riyadh

Turnkey project for the construction of a private medical center in Riyadh, constructed on a site area of 6742 sq.m. Total built up area 3160 sq.m. The Building consists of a basement floor, ground floor, first floor, second floor and a residential roof annex. Contract includes all civil, structural, finishing and electro mechanical works.

Turnkey project for the construction of a 200 Bed Hospital for Ministry of Health, comprising of Main Hospital Building  (5 storeys), Central Lab (2 storeys) 2 Nos Two Bed Room Flat (2 storeys), 2 Nos. Three Bed Room Flat (2 storeys), 2 Nos Family Villa (2 storeys), 2 Nos Single Men Hostel ( 2 storeys), 2 Nos Single Women Hostel (2 storeys), Ancillary Building, Recreation Center and Mosque with all relevant facilites.  Total built up area is 55,692 sq.mt.  Contract includes all  external works.

 100 Bed Hospitals

Turnkey project for the construction  of three (3) 100 Bed Hospitals in Arar, Jouf & Gurayat.  The Project will be costructed in two (2) phases.  Project  consisting of Main Hospitals, Occupational Theraphy Center, Emergency ICU Department, Hostel, Family Villas, Administration Building, Recreation Center, Guard House, Warehouse Building, Mosque, Staff Housing Type I, II, III, Staff Male Nurse Housing, Female Housing, Staff Recreation Center.  The total built up area is 175,500 sq.mt. Contract includes all external works.

Rehabilitation Complex in Eastern Province, Dammam

Turnkey project for the construction of a Rehabilitation complex comprising of built up area of 17920 sq.m. consisting of a main building varying from single to 3 story high, which includes an indoor swimming pool & gymnasium. In addition to a prosthetic unit building, a mosque, water reclaiming station, and Sceco/external works. Works includes all civil, finishing & electro-mechanical works.
