 Al Yaum Printing Press Building, Dammam
Turnkey project for the construction of a Printing Complex comprising of Press Building (built up area 5851m²) - Main Printing Hall, Technical Rooms, Paper storage area, Waste paper store, Mail room and Office Block (built up area 5851m²)- Cafeteria, Changing room and Toilet facilities. The contract also includes construction of Guard room, LPG Gas Tank Store, Transformer rooms (2 Nos), Workshop Building, Covered Car parking, Asphalted area, Site Development works and Precast concrete fence. Total Built up area of all the buildings is 8610m² which is to be constructed on a plot area of 22,400 m².

The Turnkey Project is a factory constructed on a site area of 6,125 sq.m. The building is a Zamil pre-engineered steel building, divided into a production hall of 3,504 sq.m. with heights ranging from 6 to 18 meters. Attached to the production hall is a two storey steel office building, with a total area of 376 sq.m. Our scope of work was turnkey, including external works.
