National Products Center, Riyadh

Turnkey project for the construction of a commercial complex including a 2 storey mall, a top floor for offices, and a basement car parking. Mall is being utilized as a permanent exhibition place for the National Products Center organized by Riyadh Chamber of Commerce. Total built up area is 12,110 sq.m. Site area is 4,110 sq.m.

Al-Jomaih Showroom, Riyadh

Turnkey project for the Construction of a showroom building constructed on a total land area of 4,850 sq.m. Located in Riyadh. The building consists of a basement floor used as car parking, a double volume ground floor and a mezzanine floor. The built up area is 3510 sq.m. Works include all Civil, structural, finishing & electro-mechanical works, in addition to the site work and landscaping works. Showroom structure is a traditional concrete with a pre-engineered steel roof. All showroom elevations are of frameless glass.
