AL LATIFIA always strives to employ measures to secure the health and safety of employees and others and aims to eliminate all risks likely to result in personal injury or damage to health of its employees and other individuals.

AL LATIFIA is aware that the effectiveness of any accident prevention and safety policy depends on the co-operation of all employees. The management takes necessary steps to ensure participation at all levels in the prevention of injury and proper use of equipment and apparel.

The preparation and implementation of training programs for employees is based on safety working methods and the relevant statutory requirements.

It is Al Latifia's policy anywhere to conform to the highest safety standards in the interest of all related individuals. The company health and safety policy is prepared in accordance with the occupational health, safety and welfare regulations.

A separate safety program shall be made for each project in commensurate with the project requirement.

COMPANY’S POLICY STATEMENT

Al Latifia is fully committed to prevention of accidents on or off the job sites to minimize loss of life or bodily injury to its employees and property. It is the Company’s firm Policy to implement the Loss Prevention Program to prevent injuries & damages to property on and off the job.

It is the policy of our company to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions and to follow operating practices and safeguard all employees which will result in efficient operations. In all instance safe work practices takes over shortcuts and expedient actions.

In keeping with the above policy, all members of the management and supervision, of whatever grade, are reminded that safety must take foremost importance to cost and other site work.

Joint co-operation of management and employees in observance of this policy will provide safe working conditions and accident free performance to or mutual advantage.
