Work includes development of approximately 175,000 m2 strip of land into prime roadside commercial retail outlets. Work includes construction of 125 high-end retail outlets scattered in a seven city blocks. The total built up area is 103,100 M2. The scope of works also includes all external works.

Each outlet consists of a ground and a mezzanine floors including a double-volume area.All outlet elevations were cladded with Pre-cast elements covered in Saudi granite, Aluminum curtain wall and Stainless steel.
